Kristin Baumgardner is the Executive Director. She joined the firm in 2017 and is intimately involved in helping Mayssoun manage IHL’s college and graduate admissions consulting programs. Kristin oversees all hiring, heads the HR Department and is the main financial contact for students and families.
Kristin has two young children, Baker and Brooklyn. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading thrillers, shopping and doing home improvement projects. Kristin is an enthusiastic U of M supporter, despite the fact that she grew up in Ohio and her husband, Nick, graduated from Michigan State. Prior to joining IHL, she was an editor for a daily newspaper.
